I left a very happy client after this stay. The food was so good that we didn’t even look for other places to eat, and when we asked for something extra off the menu, Mr Bouslimi really went out of his way to make it happen. He’s the restaurant manager, and his warm smile and good mood add so much to the place. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast was good too. The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, the wifi worked well, and the beds were soft with a big, comfortable bathroom. It may not be the center of the world, but it has real class. I’d absolutely stay again if I’m in the area.

We stayed with family and were really pleased. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We’d highly recommend it.

Lovely place, but some of the facilities need work. When we arrived in the early afternoon, the steam bath had only just been switched on, so we sat near the steam source to keep from getting cold. The showers also didn’t regulate properly. We paid the full price, so we should be able to enjoy the full service. A suggestion for the infrared sauna: please put up instructions in English on how to turn it on. And for the sauna, people shouldn’t go in wearing boots to add firewood. Powodzenia!

We booked a table to celebrate a birthday. The venue itself was beautiful, and the meal tasted good, but the food arrived cold, which really spoiled it. We raised it with the waitress, but she didn’t deal with the problem. Service was practically nonexistent, even though only three tables were busy and they didn’t seem rushed off their feet. It’s a real shame, because we’d hoped to send friends and family there for a stay when we visit. We won’t be doing that now.

Even in winter, this is a charming place. We braved the cold and had a great time in the spa area, especially the jacuzzi and dry sauna. The food was delicious, breakfast was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. See you next time!
