The staff were so professional and positive, and I was really impressed by the quality of all the services. The views are amazing, and the food was great too. Special thanks to the chef for making us delicious vegan dishes, and to the sustainability team for using recyclable materials and gadgets wherever possible. What a great place!

My fiancee and I came here for a massage, and it was a great experience. Everything was clean and professional at this beautiful hotel by the beach. My only issue was that I hoped for a deeper sports massage to help my muscles, since I'm active, and it could have been a little harder. I don't speak polish, though, so maybe that was part of the problem. I expected deep tissue work rather than just a relaxing massage.

There are quite a few things this resort would need to change before I'd call it first class. Staff need serious training. I also found the jet pool at 30C too cool, since it should be a bit warmer than body temperature. The tennis courts can't be paid for, even though I'm a guest, and a court is always presented as a hotel selling point. The same goes for beach chairs and umbrellas. There's no water on the dining tables, so you have to buy a bottle for 34.00zł, while stores sell it for 3.00 zł max. That's a rip-off and tacky. I'll stop there, but Poland still seems to have no clue how to do first class. YB

A lovely spot for a family holiday, with friendly staff and rooms with balconies that are especially nice when they look out to the seafront. The food is healthy and mainly fish dishes. There's a bar/cafe tucked away near the fountain, but everything closes at 10pm and there's no room service. The car park is gated. You pay extra for sun loungers by the sea and deck chairs. The nearest supermarket is 7 km away; outside the hotel, there's a small strip of shops with restaurants and tourist stores about five minutes away.
