Europa Hotel

The location is right in the center, with a shop and pharmacy an easy walk away, plus other restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was tasty and affordable. My room was one of the older, lower-cost ones, but it was clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good too. The server spoke very little English, but Google Translate helped us communicate, and she was really nice. A good budget option for a visit to the area.

Parking is public. The room was decent and breakfast was good, while dinner was just average.

The hotel has a pleasant feel, with furniture that's kind of rustic. A nice choice for a short stay 👍

Maryan looked after breakfast during our five-night visit, and she was amazing. The dining area stayed spotless, coffee and milk were always taken care of, and she greeted us with a friendly smile every morning. Please pass on my thanks, and give her a raise. The whole hotel was very clean too, with staff washing and cleaning inside and outside each day. I was born in Kalisz, and this was my third visit from Canada. We've stayed at Hotel Europa every time, and I love its beautiful interior and rooms. There were five of us this time, so one room had two beds plus a cot. That cot was like lying on wood, but we made it work by layering five blankets over its very thin mattress, using blankets from both rooms. The extra beds need improvement. Parking across the street is very cheap. The buffet breakfast each morning was delicious, better than any breakfast I've had in North America. I'll stay here again.
