Very Good Featured review

The food was okay, but staff asked what we thought and watched us while we ate. The rooms look pretty good, but some, maybe most, were very cold. At night it may have been below 18 degrees, and the shower and tap water were cold too. While we were out, staff went into our room, rearranged our suitcases, and took away the bedside lamps. They said they had cleaned when we raised this, but the bins were still full. After breakfast, staff started accusing us because someone had left a negative review. I think everyone should be able to give their opinion. I don’t recommend this place.

A good pick for a ski trip. The staff are really nice, and dinner felt like eating at a restaurant. The rooms were tidy and nice.

The rooms are spacious, and I thought the price was good for what we got. The location is great, and the people who run the hotel are fantastic.

A lovely setting, with a great breakfast and big rooms. It’s family run.
