Apartament Classico

We had a great stay and I can see us coming back. The apartment was lovely, thoughtfully arranged, and the bedding and towels were spotless. We had everything we needed in the kitchenette, including nice mugs, and the coffee was delicious. The person who showed us around was kind and helpful. I don't agree with the earlier reviews about cleanliness: our room was very clean and well kept. The location is hard to beat, right in central Karpacz, with a pharmacy, Biedronka, Rossmann, and Żabka close by. 😃

The bed was comfortable, and the room had a large TV, a working fridge, kettle, and hairdryer. The central location was also great. That was about it for the good points, though. We found hair on the bedspread and floor as soon as we came in. The tea infuser was moldy, and the glasses were dirty. Parking is cramped, and unless you coordinate with the other guests, someone can block your car in. The only helpful, friendly service we encountered was from the young cafe waitress. The office woman was unpleasant and put us off returning. On our last day, she called rudely and arrogantly, demanding we move the car right away, even though it was blocked in anyway. People are still allowed to be polite in this country, just so you know. I can't recommend the place.

The studio was a nice place to stay, and I would recommend checking in despite a few shortcomings. It was clean in some ways, with fresh bedding and a kettle that had been descaled, though the cleaning was not thorough: we found bottles under the bed. The BRW decor was nice, too. The room and stay still worked out well for us overall. :P The location is right in the heart of Karpacz, with everything nearby. A pharmacy, Biedronka, and Zabka are just across the street, a few meters from the entrance. Parking was a mess. The spaces are tight, weren't cleared of snow in winter, and weren't ready for our arrival. Snow kept me from getting in, and a huge icicle was hanging above my space as the thaw began, so I worried it could damage my car. I ended up using a paid lot a few dozen meters away. The owners weren't able to sort it out. Wheelchair users are not allowed here.

The hosts were lovely, and parking was easy. We stayed in both apartments: the smaller one was enough for two, while the larger had a kitchenette. Both rooms were clean and came with towels, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, dishes, and a big TV with plenty of channels. The larger apartment also had an iron and ironing board. Everything is within easy reach from the central location. We'd definitely stay again. Highly recommend! 😁👍 Best wishes 😊
