Apartament EverySky Karpacz Wilcza 3F

Dirt everywhere, broken or missing toilet seats in the bathrooms, and no hot water or heating. There was no owner around and no check-in. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Stay away...

The bedding, dishes and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was great for getting to the trails, and they returned the security deposit after two days. But at Wilcza Street 3f/1, the apartment didn't match the booking photos in some details and was on the ground floor. Anyone could walk across the unfenced terrace, which we didn't use: it was neglected, covered in cobwebs and nettles up to our knees. A table and chair had disappeared after the first night; we reported it. There was no TV remote either, and nobody replied when we asked for a replacement. The building was dirty from previous guests, with cigarette packs and beer cans scattered around the parking lot. The barrier was always up, and the broken entrance door let people in without a key. Inside, there were cobwebs and visible damage from previous guests. I reported the problems after check-in. The curtains were a mess, too narrow to cover the windows and uneven. Window seals were torn, doorknobs were broken, and there were lots of these little things.

We did enjoy our stay in the spacious, warm apartment for eight, but there were enough problems that someone should finally deal with them. The dishes in the cupboards were piled up dirty, and the tableware was so filthy it put you off eating. The oven was too dirty to use. The balcony window was hard to open and close. The hot water seemed to come on, then turned freezing right away. There were no TV remotes or bulbs in the bedside lamps. There was no toilet paper, and the bed linens hadn't been washed.

We were promised a room with a parking spot, but that spot doesn't even exist. The room seemed so new it wasn't finished, with electrical wires exposed. Neighbors ignored the smoking ban completely. On top of that, the staff were extremely unpleasant, downright rude. I can't stand rude, insolent service, and I won't deal with this company again.
