The apartment is clean and decent, although it’s past its best days. The quality matches the price, and less demanding guests should be satisfied. The bed is comfortable, there’s a TV with lots of channels and Wi-Fi, and the kitchen has what you need for breakfast and dinner. Hot water, too. The cold is the downside: the room feels like winter, and during the day we had to wear sweatshirts and closed shoes. It’s an excellent base for exploring, with a shop three doors down. The property is a pleasant 30-minute walk from the city center on a flat road, and there’s also a bus stop nearby with good service into town. Overall, we recommend it!

Really good value, and the gentleman was so easy to deal with and happy to help with everything. I'd happily recommend it.

We stayed here before heading up Śnieżka toward the Czech side, and it worked out great. The place was clean, the service was lovely, and I highly recommend it.
