There’s a little shop with basic things right beside the building, and you can leave the car in the garage. We stayed six days in July 2023. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It’s a bit out from the center of Karpacz, though the ski slopes nearby are a plus in winter. The TV only had Polish channels.

There’s plenty of space, and the apartment is nicely put together. It had all the equipment we needed, a bedroom with a big closet, and a sofa comfortable enough for two to sleep on. I’d definitely come back.

The place is peaceful, with a lovely view, and there’s a shop nearby for quick errands. The apartment itself is beautifully located, but cleanliness was a real letdown. There was dust and sand all over the floor, the bed was dirty, and the velvet chairs and sofa had hair on them. The dishwasher filter was packed with food and grease, and the machine stopped partway through, so we had to take the filter out and clean it ourselves. Supplies were also very sparse: one toilet roll, no spare trash bags or laundry and dishwasher capsules, and no soap in the dispenser.
