The location was okay, but the rest really wasn't. The Wi-Fi barely worked, the worst I've ever experienced, and the parking area was awful, with a real risk of hitting another car. I found the breakfast inedible. The room smelled strongly of perfume, maybe to cover up another bad smell. There were no towels, and the ground outside the hotel was very slippery, without enough sand or salt. It just wasn't worth it. I'd choose another hotel, or stay home.

The wooded setting is peaceful, away from the traffic and main city, and the location is great. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of flavours and good quality; service was okay. The room and bathroom were a decent size, and the Wi-Fi was fast. But avoid room 17, the smoking room. It’s on the ground floor by reception and the main entrance. We couldn't open a window for fresh air because people smoked right outside it every day. The entrance is off the stairwell, so you hear everyone passing, including every dog. There were lots of noisy, smelly animals staying at the hotel this year, or maybe we were just unlucky. With no carpets on the stairs or corridors, conversations from far away carry into the room. The receptionist wasn't nice, and I felt unwelcome. Parking is limited, and the one-way streets make it hard to drive there legally. We spent a while circling before we found it.

The staff were friendly and kind, and the hotel is handy for the centre, shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and vegetables and something for everyone. Dinner, with soup, a main and dessert, was good and filling for us. You can bring a pet for 15zl a day. Some things could be better: breakfast only starts at 8:30, which feels late if you're hiking or taking a trip. The cleanliness could improve, neither the Wi-Fi nor the TV worked, and parking takes either real driving skill or luck. The hotel needs a lift.
