Everything made a great impression on me, and I'd give this place 100 stars ⭐️✨. We arrived early intending to leave our luggage until check-in, but a room was ready, so we could check in and put our bags away straight away. The reception staff were so kind and lovely. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. I sincerely recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
The location suited me, just outside the busy area so it was easy to get into town and back out. I stayed two nights in mid October, and the room, massage, and service were all great. Since it was mid-season, I turned out to be the only guest on my last night. I didn't realize until breakfast, when they served a big spread right at my table instead of having a buffet like the morning before. There'd been a nice birthday party in the restaurant the previous night, so I had no idea I was alone. For the room and breakfast quality, it felt like very good value.
Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. My room was clean and cosy, and seemed right for the price. I liked being away from the main square, where it was quiet and there was a nice view of Śnieżka.
The accommodation is a good standard for a reasonable price. It's quite a way from the ski slopes, but the hotel has its own 9-seat car and can easily transport you there. The restaurant is quite good and serves typical Polish meals.
A cosy, clean place with delicious breakfast and other meals too. Definitely worth visiting with family or friends.
