The apartment looked clean, but it smelled of sewage throughout. The office offered to fix it, and the work went on from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., so we couldn’t use the apartment during that time. The repair didn’t work, and after that we couldn’t reach the office. I don’t recommend it!

We had a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette, plus a parking space in the building 👍. The apartment is definitely recommendable and has all the usual basics, including a fridge, microwave, and kettle. It also had a dishwasher, espresso machine, oven, and washing machine 👍👍👍, along with a full set of pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery and more. Really, FULL. We’ll definitely use this offer again next time we’re in Karpacz 😀😉

Getting the keys meant going in person to the office on the main street, and returning them there too. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with a well-supplied kitchen, washer and dishwasher, comfy beds, and Netflix. The neighborhood was quiet and the city center wasn't too far away. Parking was a headache, though. Our space wasn't marked and someone kept occupying it. The shower design was strange, and water kept flooding the floor.

The staff were very hard to communicate with, and the place was dusty and really dirty. I’d avoid this company if you want a comfortable stay.
