The whole complex looks lovely and cared for outside, but inside the apartments were a nightmare. I've never seen or smelled filth like this, and I'm not exaggerating. The bathroom was dirty and stank; dirty socks were on the shelf by the bedroom table. The bedding smelled bad, and the mattresses were stained under the sheets. The dishwasher reeked, the fridge wasn't cooling, and the microwave smelled like something had died in it. The floor was so disgusting I couldn't bear to step on it. The toilet handle was broken and came apart in my hand. The walls were stained and dirty, and everything I touched felt sticky and grimy. We tried the vacuum provided in the apartment, but had to open all the windows. My family went out on the balcony to avoid throwing up while my mother vacuumed with her nose pinched. The filter probably hadn't been changed in ages. I don't think the service center knows what cleaning products are. I don't recommend this place at all.

The houses are fairly new, and the investor had a good idea, but the company managing them is a disaster. We were only there two nights, so we managed, but I wouldn't want a longer stay and we won't be back. There was mold on the walls, awful water pressure at the taps, and the oven was terrible for putting anything in. The bedroom TV was broken, the hood light didn't work, and the toilet leaked. Things could be replaced, but as it was, I don't recommend staying there.

The place was dirty, there were dirty glasses, and the windows didn't work. The dishwasher wasn't working either. It was freezing in the house, no more than 12 degrees. Water was flooding in, and the fuse tripped, leaving us without power all night and half the next day. It was very hard to get hold of the staff. We had to warm ourselves with the fireplace and buy wood at our own expense. I really don't recommend it.

The cottages are fairly new and the setting is nice, but they aren't cared for well. Cleaning was poor, and the bedding had stains.
