There’s a trailhead near the hotel, possibly for Śnieżka, and I’d say this place suits a winter stay better. Our two-level apartment had a balcony, one bathroom, a large bed for two, and two sofas that could be used for sleeping. The food was consistently good, with vegan, non-dairy and gluten-free options at the stations. The main drawback was the crowd during the busy season. The pool area got very loud with all the children, though you can avoid that by going at 10am or when it’s open only to residents aged 16 and over.

It’s a quiet, peaceful spot, though a bit far from the centre. A comfortable choice for a family trip, with a spa and wellness area, fitness facilities, a restaurant and a bar all at the hotel. Breakfast is a familiar, typical style, so there’s no need to worry about the taste. A nice place to rest in the hotel area.

The breakfast was great, with plenty of variety, and my son loved the swimming pool. I’ve been here twice now, including for a birthday. The location is amazing, and the apartments are clean and modern. What’s left to complain about? Maybe I’ll come a third time.

The natural surroundings are lovely, and we went biking, but expect plenty of uphill and downhill riding. Even a 20 km trip can take a long time. The apartments are clean and well equipped, and the wellness area is beautiful, with a large swimming pool. The food quality was poor, especially at dinner.

The apartments are great, but the hotel staff and their attitude were terrible. The Gessler restaurant is a joke. I’ll leave a separate review because, to me, it deserves two stars at most.
