Greno Hotel & Spa

The pool was generously sized, and the sauna got warm enough, though it was too dark in there. It's nice to have a refrigerator. The hotel was pleasant but a little boring. The heating was blasting with no way to adjust it, and the TV and entertainment felt outdated.

The bed was wonderfully soft and cozy, and breakfast was very good too, with lots of hot and cold options. I also had a relaxing massage at the spa in the afternoon, then dinner at the ground floor restaurant. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though most didn't speak English, which didn't really matter. I booked a single room but was given a better double room. The hotel has massage services and a restaurant, and it's a 15-20 minute walk to the skiing lift. I'd recommend it to everyone.

We stayed three nights and used the Spa, especially enjoying the Jacuzzi and Sauna. The Hotel was lovely and clean, with friendly Staff. Food prices were about average, but what we ate was better than you'd expect from a 3 Stars place. The skiing lift is a short drive away, though you can walk there if you want. There's also a local shop Zapka and a Petrol Station very close by.

I really enjoyed my five nights at Greno hotel. It’s high up in the village, but still not too far from the center of Karpacz, and more importantly for me, close to the starting points for hikes to the Sniezka summit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the terrace in front, where you can sit for a drink or something to eat. The facilities are good, with a nice swimming pool and wellness area. I had a massage on my last day and enjoyed it. My single room was fine, though the interior could use a little updating. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and tasty food. They varied the salads and cheeses over the days. Dinner was very good too, with generous portions for a low price. Some of the starter salads could be a main course for certain people.
