Hotel Artus Prestige SPA

I went in planning just two treatments and ended up booking four: face and eye massage with care, bamboo lymphatic drainage, and a pedicure. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helped me choose, and the masseuses and beauticians were wonderful. Everything felt personal, gentle, and completely professional. I left feeling more beautiful, like a new person, and every treatment exceeded my expectations. A definite 10/10! 😍 I'll be back next time I'm at Artus. Being in Karpacz and skipping such a great spa would be a sin. ♥️🥇🫶💆

We had our hen weekend here and it was a real hit. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, and the whole thing was carefully organized. Service was friendly and impeccable from start to finish, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. The spa area is comfortable, and the treatments were done to a high standard with care for the details. We also spent time in the pool and sauna after our massages, both lovely places to relax. Highly recommend.

Ms. Olenka gave me a body scrub and massage that were gentle, deeply relaxing, and done with real professionalism. The new heated beds made the experience even more soothing and added to the calm atmosphere. Ms. Iwonka at the front desk also gave me great advice on cosmetics, and I came away with the best scrubs and body butters you can find in the area. My visit to the Prestige Spa at Artus Resort was wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend it for the relaxing atmosphere and professional service. 🌸❤️

There were seven of us at Prestige SPA for a bachelorette party, and everything was planned so well. Our massages were arranged in two sessions, which meant we could all relax at roughly the same time. The massages were incredibly relaxing, and afterward we could enjoy the pool and sauna area too. We had a beautifully decorated private space, refreshments, and lots of comfort throughout the stay. It all turned out fantastic. I'd definitely recommend it and will be back! 💆‍♀️✨
