The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities stayed open until 22:00, which was great. The jacuzzi itself is on the small side and only fits 2-3 people, and I wish the room had been warmer. Still, it’s a cozy place with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Apart from those points, everything was great.

The pool was the one real plus, though the area around it and its design didn’t feel very welcoming. Breakfast was adequate, but we’ve had much better elsewhere. Our room was spacious and refurbished, but everything else in the hotel, including the bathroom, felt very old-fashioned. The staff and service came across the same way, with no interest or smiles. I wasn’t impressed.

The breakfast room serves a large buffet selection from 8am to 10am. Our bedroom was spacious and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaning was perfect. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There’s also a spa, which I recommend. The hotel is in Centrum and is a great base for skiing or hiking in the mountains. I recommend it! 😊
