Karpacz Ogrodnicza 9m38

We booked an Every Sky Apartments unit at Ogrodnicza Street 7, Karpacz, because having a balcony was an important part of our stay. Instead, the balcony door was locked, had no handle, and couldn't be used. We couldn't get onto the balcony or even air out the room, which had practically no fresh air. I can't see how it was acceptable to rent the apartment in that condition. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the walls were dirty and worn. The apartment also fell well short of the standard shown in the photos and what we expected. We reported the issues several times, but for all six days, staff neither fixed anything nor offered a solution or compensation. Their response showed a complete disregard for the problem and a lack of professionalism and customer service. We'll happily come back to Karpacz, but definitely not to Every Sky Apartments. This was one of our most disappointing stays.

The apartments are in a very nice spot, and some have views of Śnieżka and Kopa.

The city center is about 1 km away. We had a generally clean, well-equipped apartment on the second floor with a view of Śnieżka Mountain, and a garage parking space was a plus. For our four-day stay, though, we were given just one garbage bag and two rolls of low-quality toilet paper.

Good quality for the price, and handy for Sunday tourists since it's close to the city center.
