Konradowka

The location is handy, just a short walk from the town center, and we liked the breakfast choice and the general atmosphere. The stay was enjoyable, though our room had a few issues and could use more attention. Parking was a real challenge because there’s limited space and access isn’t very good.

The pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi are a welcome perk, and hotel guests can use them freely. It’s also only a short walk to the town center for shops and restaurants. Our room hadn’t been renovated and felt dated, though the updated rooms look nice. The hotel was fairly quiet, and the staff were friendly and very tolerant of my terrible Polish!

I’d give the rooms a five star rating, they were as described and among the better ones I’ve stayed in. There was no fridge, though. The spa was a main reason for choosing the place, but it was half out of order whenever we went. It only had one small sauna, a steam room, and a whirlpool, which wasn’t enough capacity for the whole hotel.

My vacation was spoiled. The spa was smelly and dirty, more like a toilet that had never been cleaned, and the staff were rude, especially the woman in the spa. The receptionist tried to make things right, but it wasn’t an easy job. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m adding photos, too bad I can’t include the “aromatherapy” in this “toilet-spa” konradowka hotel!
