I stayed three nights and my room was never cleaned, which is something I’ve never experienced before. Management couldn’t even arrange a simple early takeaway breakfast. I asked the afternoon before, gave them the exact time I’d be leaving, and was told it would be ready.

It’s a lovely place for a week’s stay, and the owner is very friendly. Dogs are welcome. Set in the mountains, away from the town’s bustle, it’s quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views of the forest and mountains. It’s also a great starting point for trails. I felt at home and highly recommend it!

The food is delicious, traditional Polish cooking, and the pool and sauna were clean. I also had a very professional massage at the hotel. This was our second winter visit, and it was fantastic again. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the centre of Karpacz. Thank you, see you again!

There’s a nice SPA area for unwinding after skiing or hiking in the mountains, and breakfast has plenty of options. The hotel is in a very quiet part of Karpacz, about a 15-minute walk from the centre.
