We stayed for just one night in the upper of the two buildings, a little farther from reception and the breakfast room. The building looked plain from outside, but inside was a pleasant surprise: modern, clean, and generally very nice. Our room had towels, a comfortable bed, coffee, tea, and a kettle, so that was all fine. Breakfast was okay too, nothing fancy, but it had what you’d expect. One serious problem shocked and disgusted me, though. The coffee machine’s milk tube clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. There was mouldy milk inside the clear tube, with black dots and yellow stains. It put me off drinking coffee altogether. I strongly suggest checking the tube before using the machine in the morning.

It worked well for a short trip to see Karpacz and the surrounding area. The staff were welcoming, and communication before arrival was easy. Breakfast was good both mornings, with a different selection each day. Water, coffee and tea were available at reception or in the room. The location is close to the centre but on a quieter side street. The chairlift is about a 15-20 minute walk away. Our room felt cramped for two adults and two children, and the sofa bed bedding didn't fit properly, so it wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom looked modern but was small, with metal corners that felt dangerous.

The new management has brought the place up to a high standard, and it feels clean and welcoming. Staff are friendly and professional whenever you need them. Perła Sudetow is in a peaceful spot with lovely mountain views, while still only minutes from the town centre. I'd definitely return to this guesthouse and recommend it to anyone visiting Karpacz.

Just an eight-minute walk to the ski lift, and the room was spacious and new. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was really good and distinctive, with Polish pirogi. Good value for what you get.

The lounge was cozy, and both the beds and rooms were very comfortable. We were made to feel welcome by the staff, and the food was amazing. A great base if you want to explore the nearby mountains.
