My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days and were unhappy with the service. The reservation was initially for one person, then I called to change it to two. I was told the extra cost would be very small, but when we arrived, the price was twice what we expected. I tried to sort it out with the hotel manager, Anna, but she didn't speak English, or seemed to pretend she didn't. I have serious doubts about her competence and why she's even there. Drogi kierowniku. If you care about this hotel's future and read the reviews, please try to communicate in English.

The building is very nice, the location is good, the rooms are good, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. On the downside, room service was weak, the Wi-Fi was poor, and employees' English was at a relatively low level.

Lovely place, and I'd rate it 4 star. I ate at the restaurant next to the hotel, and hotel guests get a 20% discount. The restaurant was absolutely fabulous.

The rooms are big and clean, and both the breakfast and dinner were amazing. Great service too, very recommended :)
