The place has so many issues that they really spoiled the stay for me. The apartment and hallway walls are dirty, and there are chips and peeling patches all over. The kitchen counters are chipped, the balcony isn't clean, the fridge still had food left by the previous guests, already partly eaten, and the kettle was dirty and wouldn't switch off. A socket is pulled out of the wall, the bathroom lock doesn't work, the lamp has no shade, the front door handle is loose, and the curtain rails and pictures look like they're barely attached. The frames are warped and chipped, and lots of things seem to have been fitted carelessly or incorrectly. Collecting the keys is awkward because it happens outside the building. The underground garage is so low that taller cars can't get in. I don't recommend it.

It's 1:14 a.m. and I can hear everything. Someone keeps knocking on the plasterboard walls at night, and the sound carries. Each time I start to fall asleep, I wake up again. I came to rest and hike in the mountains, but I probably won't manage because I'll be nodding off. I know now, no more apartments for me. Don't stay here unless you're into survival, and remember that even intelligent animals in the forest go to sleep. I don't recommend this place!

The apartment has everything you need and is in a great spot. The owner was really friendly. I recommend it.

It's nicely decorated, clean and quiet, even though it's right in the city center. Great location, and I recommend it.
