Tremonti Ski Bike Resort

The meals were very good, and the pizzas were especially delicious. The restaurant is nice, though when the hotel is full, dinner arrangements aren't so smooth and we waited around 15 minutes for a table. The wellness area was great too, but with the hotel at capacity, we felt one whirlpool wasn't enough and there should be two. The apartment was clean, modern, and pleasant. The hotel sits in central Karpacz near a small water dam. Tremonti Hotel worked really well for our long weekend or holiday.

We spent an autumn holiday here with friends and family, and it was a pleasure. The location is handy, near both the city center and the National park and mountains. The rooms were large, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and always smiling. We loved the food at Gusto restaurant. Wellness was lovely too, with a heated outdoor pool, whirlpool, saunas, and a Kids club. I can't think of anything to complain about. I'd recommend a visit even if the weather isn't great. We went during the summer break, when the hotel was full of people and kids. On 1st August it was almost empty, like a ghost town, which was really nice. It was a good trip, but we weren't happy with the cleaning service or the children in the wellness area. The hotel complex looks great from outside, there's plenty of parking, and a charging station in the lot. Our standard room was spacious and modern. Breakfast had everything we needed, and the wellness area was nice, though a bit crowded during the break. The outdoor heated pool was open until 22:00. Children are meant to be excluded after 21:00, but no one checked, so there was almost no chance to relax later. The hotel restaurant wasn't overpriced and the prices seemed fair. The downsides: reception staff were rude, especially the black-haired woman, who had a big ego and no smile. Parking cost 30 PLN/day, which felt too expensive. We stayed four days and put out the room-cleaning sign, but nobody came until the last day. That was the biggest minus. There were lots of kids in the wellness area after 21:00 despite the rule. Drinks in the pool area were also very overpriced.

The parking is paid, and the sofa bed for the kids was uncomfortable. The restaurant felt very small for a hotel this size, so we stood in line for a few minutes before we could sit.
