The kitchen is well equipped, there’s private parking, and the apartments are good value in a great location. But two things would keep me from coming back. Room 4 had a persistent, overpowering sewer smell coming from the bathroom. On our first day, we noticed a strong chlorine odor and thought it meant the place had been cleaned thoroughly. After airing the room out all day, it became clear the chlorine was masking the sewage stench, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Also, the room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay, no matter how many nights we booked.

There’s a shared kitchen, but apparently guests need to be careful not to touch the dishwasher because that’s off limits too. The atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming. The owner gets angry as soon as someone rings the doorbell, so maybe removing it would solve that problem. It’s a quiet place away from the center, but I wouldn’t recommend it. If you run a place like this, you need to be kind to people, and the owner wasn’t.

There are gardens with little terraces where you can relax on loungers in summer, and lots of thoughtful little touches around the place. The rooms and common area are pleasant and well maintained, and the location is good. It’s an intimate, lovely place, with an owner who really cares about guests and keeps everything clean. We’ll definitely return.

Behind the house there’s a lovely garden where you can relax, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. He takes great care of guests and provides so many amenities. The rooms are clean and very nice, and the shared kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The trails are close by, and the city center is about 1 km away. It’s the best place to stay in Karpacz, and we’d choose it again when we return.

Breakfast is shared with the other guests, and there’s a large kitchen downstairs. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and they also have a small kitchenette. Thanks for a lovely stay. Greetings from Łódź.
