We had a great stay. The rooms were warm and the location was great. The bath and shower setup was a little different from what you usually find in hotels, but I'd still happily stay for a few days.

The service was really good, and the rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. Being right in the centre of Katowice made it easy to get wherever I needed to go. I'll come back.

Room 407 was very noisy because it faces the street, and I couldn't sleep. There may be quieter rooms on the other side, but I wouldn't recommend this room. It was hot when I arrived and the air conditioning wasn't working. I asked the receptionist about it, then left the window open until I was ready to sleep so the room would stay at a decent temperature.

You can make tea or coffee in the room, and there's a laundry where you can wash and dry clothes. There's also a kitchen on the floor and a luggage storage room on floor -1. The hotel is in the city centre, and the staff are very friendly.

The single room is tiny, though it has what you need: a little fridge, table, coffee set, dishes and TV. It's a good hotel for a business trip, and only a few minutes' walk from the train station and city centre, which is a real plus.
