We booked a room for our family and paid extra for late check-in because our flight was landing late at night. Arriving with three tired, anxious little kids and finding the doors locked with nobody there was so disappointing and confusing. We couldn't reach the owners by email or any other way. After trying everything for 40 minutes, the kids started crying, so we drove away to look for a room elsewhere. This place won't suit anyone hoping for a decent stay or even a night's sleep.

A friendly spot to sleep in Katowice. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms nee, and the staff helpful.
