Jagiellońska 3 ApartHotel

We arrived late while on our way to the airport. The place was warm and very clean, and we managed to cook some food. I don’t have much else to say.

The outside didn’t look like much, so I was a bit worried, especially since I’d never been to the area. Once inside, though, it felt homely and the staff were really friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and warm. It’s close enough to walk to the bars, but far enough away to avoid their noise. Just be aware there’s no lift if you’re on the top floor.

The room was clean and the bed was alright. There’s a kettle, tea and coffee in the room, plus a shared kitchen with a fridge. It does have a hostel feel, since you can hear people moving around. Check-in and check-out don’t require contacting reception, though they’re based in one of the rooms and respond to WhatsApp messages almost instantly. It was very cheap, too.

The floor was shiny and things were clean, but I can’t say anything else positive. There was no elevator to the third floor, no air conditioning or soundproofing, and I couldn’t darken the room. The bed was rock hard. The shower drain didn’t work and the toilet flush was defective. There was no reception service and the manager or staff never replied, even after I checked out two days early.
