We picked this place for its proximity to the Katowice Children's Memorial Health Institute (GCZD), and the apartment turned out to be a great choice. It was tidy and clean, with a surprising amount of useful equipment: an iron and board, washer, dryer, paper towels, and more. There were enough outlets, plus lots of working lights, which isn’t always the case in accommodation. The owner communicated well and the whole arrangement was excellent. We’d definitely recommend it.

The apartment was spacious, stylish, and comfortably furnished, especially the sofa. Getting in was straightforward, with clear instructions for collecting the keys. It’s easy to reach on foot or by car, near Katowice Piotrowice train station, a bus stop, restaurants, and a gas station. There’s also private parking with remote control. I’m very pleased, a solid five stars, and I recommend it.

Just half an hour before I was due to arrive, the owner told me the apartment had already been booked and that I’d need to find somewhere else. I had already booked and transferred the money. I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone, and I can’t recommend this place.

A parking spot and a great location were real pluses. Inside, the apartment was cozy, very clean, and decorated with good taste. I highly recommend it.
