I had dinner at Atmosfera Restauracia on the 6th floor, and both the food and its presentation were excellent. The staff were so friendly and accommodating that they made the meal especially enjoyable. I didn't try breakfast. My room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a good bed, dependable Wi-Fi, and a useful work area. The spotless bathroom had all the basics. The hotel itself felt modern, clean, and welcoming, with a professional atmosphere. It's handy if you're driving, with main roads close by and the city center only a few minutes away. There is secure parking on site. I found Park Hotel Diament Katowice comfortable and good value, and would stay again. I'd recommend trying the restaurant.

I've stayed here several times, especially when making the long trip from Austria. It's easy to find and not far from the city center. The hotel is generally quiet, so it's a good place to rest and sleep well.

The beds were really comfortable, and I liked the shower. My room was spacious and spotless, though a little too warm for me. The windows didn't open, unfortunately, and it didn't seem to have air-conditioning. Check-in was quick, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. It's a really nice hotel right in the heart of Katowice.

Really good value for the money, with a very good breakfast and kind staff. The only little issues were a slight bad smell in the room and the pillows: there were just two, one too big and one too small. I'd have preferred something in between.

6/10
The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, especially the cleaners. The location is handy too, about a 20-minute walk from the city center. Sleeping wasn't comfortable. The beds were awkward, and the pillows were ridiculous, one enormous and taking up half the bed, the other a bit too small to use without a cushion. The sheets were too small to tuck under the mattress, so for most of each night I ended up directly on the bare mattress. The complimentary coffee was disgusting, and the powdered "milk" was even worse.
