The rooms are a good size and feel modern. The hotel is good, though outside noise can be a bit of a problem when you're trying to sleep.

My kids were happy with the food, and the dining options were excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and had modern amenities, and the hotel was clean, well maintained and beautifully designed. The warm reception team made check-in quick and easy. Everyone I met, from housekeeping to the restaurant staff, was courteous, attentive and happy to help. They handled both simple requests and a special arrangement efficiently and with a smile, and made us feel valued throughout our stay at Q Hotel Plus Katowice. The hospitality really stood out, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely return. Thank you to Katarzyna (Manager), Bartolomej (Front Office Manager), Michał (Front Office), Oxane (Housekeeping) and the restaurant Team.

The train tracks are right in front of the room, and the noise at night is awful. The hotel itself is nice, with rooms that seem new and well serviced. Breakfast was really good quality.

I stayed one night on a business trip to Katowice. The shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, and it was easy to find the hotel. Parking is a challenge, though you might get lucky. Check-in was easy, and my room was clean and quiet, with drink-making facilities, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom was clean too, with a hot, powerful shower. The fitness centre was very basic. It had only a few machines, with no free weights, multiigym or kettle bells.

The breakfast was on the expensive side, otherwise I'd give it five stars. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Plus Katowice: modern decor throughout, friendly staff, clean rooms, firm beds and a good vibe.
