We spent three nights here and would happily return. The rooms were clean, a decent size, and had good amenities. You’re right by a strip of bars and restaurants, but we could barely hear anything from the room, which was a big help. The location is fantastic.

The receptionist was very nice and the location is good. My issues were the uncomfortable bed and the carpeted floor, which didn’t seem very hygienic. We were there over Christmas, and nobody told us there’d be no cleaning service for two days.

We paid 350 PLN expecting a clean room, but on arrival the man at reception was extremely rude and said ours wasn’t available. He tried to charge us extra for another room, which smelled awful and was smoky, with a dirty carpet. There were just two little bars of soap and nothing else in the room. No comfort and no service. A very unprofessional experience, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel. 1/10.

The apartment was great, and the bed was very comfortable. I just couldn’t get a decent WiFi signal.

We had booked a more convenient, larger room, but were first given a much smaller one. After we complained, they moved us to the correct room. We stayed five nights, and the room was very clean, with a comfortable mattress and high standards throughout. The central location was great too. For stays longer than a few nights, it would be good if the garbage could at least be taken out.
