Twoj Hostel Katowice

I stayed here for 2.5 months while working in the area, and the cleaning was a serious problem. I had to ask for several days in a row before anyone cleaned the room. When they finally did, they only cleaned the floor and stopped there. Forget about the bed sheets. There’s only one employee who knows English, and even then they mostly use their hands and gestures to show what they’re trying to say. One star is too much. If you have to stay there, look under the bed and you’ll see what I mean about the cleaning.

Very good value for money, and the cleanliness and maintenance were very good. The staff communicated professionally and were great. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re new to katowice and staying for a few days.

The office and reception manager is a very kind and helpful lady. The place is nice and mostly clean, except for the bed linen. We’ve been staying for over a month and have to remind them to wash it.

They were busy, and there were lots of problems sorting out the bookings. They got the date, number of days, and number of people wrong. There was no room cleaning at all over a 3 day period. For what we paid, I think they could do a bit more.
