The bed was comfortable and the view was lovely. The clerk was friendly too. Good quality hotel.

Thanks so much 🩷

The room was tidy and clean, and the service was friendly. The location was good too. But sound carries everywhere: from upstairs, other rooms, and the hallway, so it may be a real problem if you want quiet. Breakfast could use work as well. There was no coffee machine, just instant coffee and tea in a thermos, which won't suit everyone. The breakfast quality itself could be better.

We came for Valentine's Day with our dog, three of us in all. The room was cozy, clean, and pleasant, and the staff were really friendly. We'll be back :)
2/10
Breakfast had some variety, but the cheese, cold cuts, and bread were poor quality. I'd eat out instead if staying here, especially with so many nice bakeries around. I added a few photos below. Room no. 10 was in very poor condition for 400 PLN for one night. I know it's Kazimierz, but that seems too much. The ceiling sloped so low in both the room and bathroom that you couldn't use the bathtub or toilet standing upright. The shower head was broken, which is odd when the room must have been cleaned, and the old mattresses had holes.
