The location is great, and the rooms were clean and nice. The building itself feels old and dark, though, and a little spooky.

A cosy, pleasant place to stay.

Getting in was stressful: the door code system kept failing, and I was worried I'd be stuck outside for the night. The location is ideal, and the rooms are small enough to feel crowded. There’s only one bathroom with a toilet at the back of the room, split into men’s and women’s sides, which becomes a problem when the place is full. The men’s restroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. Its toilet seat didn’t fit properly, the shower had mold marks and a door that was coming off, and there was a small patch of mold on the hallway ceiling near the air conditioner. You can sleep there if you have nowhere else, but next time I’d choose somewhere different.

The little breakfast setup is a nice touch: you order from a caterer and it’s ready in the kitchen in the morning. The bed made from Euro pallets was comfortable, and the room, towels, and bedding were clean. The retro look has a lot of character without feeling overdone, especially room number 5, and the codes for check-in, getting your card, and entering made the whole process feel like an escape room. It was convenient, efficient, and reasonably priced, with great location, good interiors and technical solutions, plus helpful staff contact despite being remote. There are a few drawbacks. The bathroom seems past its best, and having just one bathroom with a toilet for the whole floor means it gets backed up at morning and evening rush times. Using the shower also means blocking the toilet. Still, for a tourist-oriented stay, I’d rate it 5/5 with a tiny minus. Thanks for the hospitality, see you next year.
