The room was dirty and poorly maintained, nowhere near basic hygiene standards. Staff were inattentive and unhelpful, and made no effort to welcome guests. For the high price, this was unacceptable. I expected a premium stay and was extremely disappointed. There are much better places that value their guests, so I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

Breakfast was good, and the location in central Kielce is excellent. The hotel itself is good, though the rooms and common areas could use some renovation.

The place smelled musty, the staff weren’t helpful, and it absolutely wasn’t worth the price. It felt like a rip-off. Overpriced and disappointing, I’d strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

The reception had a very nice, friendly lady, and breakfast was really good. The hotel is in a great spot, right in the center of Kielce.

The staff were rude, the place was extremely dirty and very old, and there’s no elevator. I’d only stay here if it were the last hotel left in Poland. Google wouldn’t let me give 0/5, so it gets 1/5.
