The spa had an amazing range of treatments, and the facilities were impressive, with beautifully finished furnishings. I found this one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in. The food was delicious, and the drinks were made to a very high standard. The staff were highly professional. Breakfast was a huge buffet with something for everyone, from vegans to meat eaters. The presentation was out of this world, and the music was wonderfully tranquil.

We had such an amazing New Year’s Eve at Odyssey! The room, service, spa, and food were all 10/10. We’ve decided to make this our yearly tradition. You’re doing a great job, guys. A big thank you 😊

The spa treatments were fantastic, and the staff there were exceptional. The main indoor pool is spectacular, and the sauna area is great. We especially loved the salt pool. Our room was bright, with good toiletries, a great shower, and a Smart TV. The forest view felt calm and relaxing. The hotel sits on a hill with wonderful views over the nearby countryside. It wasn’t warm enough for us to use the outdoor pool, though it looked lovely. Check-in was quick, and a friendly gentleman showed us around and helped with our luggage. We booked the Spa weekend package, which included a discount on treatments. Dinner was part of the package. The first night was a mixed bag: it started well, but the waiter soon forgot about us and didn’t check whether we wanted more drinks. The main course was lukewarm. The second night’s dinner was much better, with warmer food and more attention, and the live band was great. Breakfast was delicious, but we ran into a couple of staff issues. Nobody told us some tables were off limits, then came over to say we couldn’t sit there when we were already halfway through breakfast. That didn’t feel very professional. We also weren’t told that we could order extra food from the kitchen, though we saw other people getting things delivered. We had a lovely stay, but I think the restaurant staff could use a bit more training.

The saunas were amazing, and the floating saltwater pool felt like a meditation pool. It’s a beautiful, exclusive hotel with very good food. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks!

The hotel is easy to reach and has plenty of free parking. It’s also suitable for disabled guests. The restaurant is excellent, with excellent meals from the kitchen, and the staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. It’s a modern spa hotel close to the city while still away from the city noise.
