Prestige Apartamenty VINCI Centrum

We rented the 80m2 apartment with two bedrooms, and it was very comfortable for me, my husband and our daughter. We came for the holidays, and it was a perfect getaway in the heart of Kielce. The place is large, modern and very clean, and everything worked, which is rare at other places these days. The kitchen was a paradise. There’s an elevator and underground parking, though getting in can be tricky with a longer car. A Żabka grocery store is in the next building, and there’s a bakery, pastry shop, several restaurants and pubs nearby. The only thing we needed was a simple broom. I recommend it 100%.

The beds were good, and it was quiet outside. The apartment looked just like the photos, and it was beautiful. My only complaint is that when we unfolded the sofa bed, a few things left by previous guests came forward.

Something banged upstairs all night, so we couldn’t sleep. The bed was two single beds pushed together rather than a double, which also made sleeping difficult. The parking lot is awful, and the entrance is very tight and narrow. The hotel didn’t match the photos on Booking.com or what we expected. When I tried to get the exact location, the woman I spoke to wasn’t helpful and instead talked to us with a lot of resentment. Overall, we don’t recommend it.

The location is excellent, and the manager was really friendly. Inside, the apartment was tastefully furnished and very clean, with an easy key pickup and a super comfortable double bed. The 15-year-old found the armchair in the bedroom much better for sleeping than the sofa. One downside: there are no blackout curtains, so the morning sun makes it hard to sleep past 8 a.m. on holiday.
