There’s no lift, and without Polish it can be a little hard to get into the hotel since there isn’t a receptionist on site. The woman I spoke to was polite and did her best to help by phone, though, thanks to her. I stayed one night. The hotel is clean and cozy, and the city center location is good.

The spacious rooms are warm thanks to the underfloor heating, and the WiFi is blazing fast. Breakfast was included in the price and was really delicious. I stayed at Villa Castello in May 2018 and found it clean, with lovely interior design, perfect service, and a great spot right in Kluczbork city centre. A great choice for a private overnight stay or business in the Silesia region. I highly recommend Villa Castello.

Breakfast is OK, but the WiFi doesn’t work on the second floor. I asked for it to be fixed every day, and they told me it worked at the desk, so there wasn’t a problem.
