There’s no parking, the bedroom windows won’t close, and the place wasn’t clean. I’d give cleanliness a poor 4 out of 10, and even the dishes were dirty. The internet was very weak or didn’t work at all. The kitchen cabinets were barely holding together, the bathroom door was on one hinge, and there were no bedside tables. The bed in the living room was a disaster. At least the pier view and the heating were good. This was Pier12.
