Apartament Morski

The apartment looked lovely and was very clean, but the experience was a one-star one for me. The customer service was awful. Everything had to be figured out by asking, from where to go to how to get in, and it takes key after key just to reach the apartment. You never see anyone in person, communication is by message, and the person is hard to reach. Parking was a mess. You need a permit, and were supposed to pay 20 zl for a space that's hard to find. The green paper permit wasn't provided, even after I asked several times. We paid 20 zl for a space we couldn't use, and the owner refused a refund, blaming us for not spotting a permit that wasn't there. Better to park somewhere else. The check-in and checkout rules are very strict: no entry before 4 pm and you have to leave by 10 am. The door locks stop working outside those times. There was barely any heat in September because the heating wasn't on yet. Also, a streetlight shone straight into our bedroom, and the curtains weren't enough to make it dark enough to sleep.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was beautifully designed. We had a great stay, with stunning views and magical evenings on the rooftop. I'd be very happy to return. Many thanks.

Beautiful apartment in a great spot, right by the harbor, with the beach just steps away. You can pick a view of the lighthouse and harbor, or pay less for a courtyard-facing apartment. Even from there, the rooftop terrace gives you lovely views, and the sunsets are unforgettable. Parking is conveniently located for this harbor-side location. There's a café and pastries in the building, plus several nearby restaurants serving different kinds of food. A sauna is available too, so the weather needn't get in the way. There has been a change in building management!

The apartment was tighter than expected, and we only looked out onto another building and the courtyard between the blocks, not the lighthouse, sea, or harbor canal we’d been led to expect. It also costs a little more than the quality suggests, and the lack of air conditioning is a real issue on warm days. There are useful shops open every day nearby, and the shared rooftop terrace has a lovely view. Sitting up there with a coffee or beer was a real plus. The apartment has the essentials, though a microwave might be useful. Parking was a struggle: the city lots were full, and paid parking was offered 300-400 meters away.
