Apartamenty przy Plaży

I booked Klonowa 29c/2 through booking.com without free cancellation. Afterward, the property messaged me asking me to cancel because they only rent full weeks, Saturday to Saturday. The listing allowed my dates, and while it did mention the Saturday-to-Saturday rule, there was no other information. I called because I thought there had been a mistake, but the woman kept insisting I cancel and wouldn’t accept that I couldn’t do so without losing money. I politely offered to change the dates to Saturday through Saturday by sending a request on booking.com. She said that wasn’t possible, though a booking.com employee confirmed it was. She accused me of not cooperating and made personal, emotional comments, saying it would be impossible to deal with someone like me and suggesting we’d arrive and complain. After several calls, I canceled because the booking was for my parents and I didn’t want them to have trouble. If I’d been traveling myself, I would have shown up on July 1st and expected the lady to cover another place if there was no room. I could have lost my money if I’d canceled the way the landlord wanted, but after I contacted booking.com and they reviewed the messages, I was able to cancel for free. The apartment was still listed as available for those dates. I can’t recommend it, and I’d be careful.
