The rooms could use improvement. There were broken sockets, mold in the bathroom, and a lot of noise. This is a private rental, and the landlord charged my credit card unexplained amounts, over €70 too much. I got no response after three weeks. That kind of business practice is unacceptable, damages trust, and can ruin a vacation. I strongly recommend against using a credit card or paying in advance. Cash on arrival seems safest.

The host was approachable and very helpful, and the prices were reasonable. The place was quiet, comfortable, clean, and had a balcony with a nice view. It's close to the sea and a beautiful beach, and dogs are welcome, which I appreciated. It's a little farther from the port, but the stay met my expectations. I'd happily come back.

The place has seen better days, and the furnishings are so-so. The location is good, but the Wi-Fi only works well in the lobby. It's hard to communicate in German, and the tap water was brown. Even after they said the problem was fixed, it was still cloudy and had sediment. There are better places to stay nearby.

The apartment itself was fine. It's near the sea, though a bit far from the center and pier. If you book through Booking.com, check whether pool access is included or costs extra, or you could be disappointed.
