There's no parking at the villa, so you have to take your suitcases a short way along the promenade. A private space 500 meters away costs 30 PLN per day, or you can try the public lot if there's a spot. The building has an elevator and working Wi-Fi. The location is excellent, right by the beach and promenade with a view of the pier. The rooms are decent, though a bit worn. There's a fish fryer downstairs. The kitchenette has an electric hob, oven, fridge, one frying pan and one pot, plus plates and cups.

The location was the one positive. One window had no blind, and the exterior blinds were broken. Even after we reported it several times, nobody fixed them, so the room stayed bright at night. The kitchen was poorly stocked, and we had just one toilet roll for the whole week. The intercom also broke during our stay, leaving us unable to get into the building until someone let us in from inside.

The standard should be better for the price. Four mugs for six people wasn't much, the blinds wouldn't work, and the broken toaster kept blowing the plugs. Otherwise, it's nice.

The view from the window is wonderful, and the place is right by the pier. It's relatively clean, with coffee, tea, an espresso machine, and two bottles of water to start you off. There's an elevator too. But the good points end there. The balcony is only on the top floor, and although the windows reach the floor, everyone outside can see in. Close the blinds and the room goes dark. The bedroom's large double balcony window has no blinds, so there's no privacy, and the lamps make it bright as day. You can't open that window because the handle comes off in your hand. The apartment is incredibly cold even with the radiators turned up all the way, and wind comes through the huge bedroom window. The walls are so thin you hear the neighbors as if they're right next door. The tiny kitchenette is hardly worth mentioning. Its small fridge/freezer has a freezer door that's torn off, and there are burned-out bulbs. The shower head is so scratched it could hurt you, and water pours from under the shower tray after every shower, flooding the bathroom. It drains so quickly that if it were deep, you could drown. The threshold between the living room and bedroom has been torn off, leaving a gap and glue behind. There's no staff contact and no answers to questions, just initial instructions about where to get the keys. Paid parking costs 30 PLN per day and is about 400 meters away, a long way with suitcases. Phone reception is practically nonexistent. There's supposedly Wi-Fi, but it's weak and barely works, even for browsing Facebook, though the place wasn't fully booked. There are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and they turn on by themselves one after the other, especially at night. Muting both was the only way to sleep; when they were on, they weren't that bothersome. It's ridiculous. The location is great, but it's a shame the apartment isn't maintained properly. Fix these problems before charging people to stay here. I'd be embarrassed if I were you.
