Great!
From the top, third floor, the Beata apartment has a stunning panoramic view across Kołobrzeg, and there's an elevator. Sunlight streams into the living room in the morning from the large terrace. The apartment is very well equipped, and I highly recommend it. One downside is the free parking outside the apartment buildings. Those spaces are taken by people from other buildings.
Being so close to the Baltic Sea was wonderful, and the garden was well kept. But what was called an "apartment" was just a small room with a closet, and the "beds" were sagging sofa beds. Cleanliness is a matter of opinion here. We were there for 14 days, and there was no washing machine, dryer, towels, cleaning products, or oven. There were broken cables, no German TV, and our 11-year-old granddaughter was with us. Such a shame, really, it felt like more show than substance. And right next door there was a huge construction site.
The sea is just a two-minute walk away, and the apartment is really clean, well equipped, with a lovely bathroom. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to return. The center and pier are about a 20-minute walk, but the promenade makes the walk enjoyable. If you’re arriving by train with wheeled suitcases, take the slightly longer route via the footbridge and promenade. It’s flat and easier to manage than the shortest route shown on Google Maps. I’d recommend it.
