The hotel itself seemed okay, and it isn't too far from the beach, but I had the worst hotel experience I've had. I went to the gym at 7 in the morning and found all the water dispensers empty. At 7:55, five minutes before breakfast, I asked if I could get something to drink. A staff member told me to wait in the back until 8, even though the water was already set out. Another woman came by while I was waiting, asked if I needed help, then told me to leave after I explained what had happened. This was at 7:57, still three minutes before breakfast began. The communication was very poor, and the staff seemed badly trained. I didn't feel welcome at all. For a spa hotel, having empty water dispensers around the building also feels unprofessional.

The pool area is large, with a separate sauna and steam room spa. Staff were accommodating, and everything was clean and pleasant. The beach is only a short walk away. A really nice place.

We had a lovely stay with the kids. The family room was very spacious and came with a baby bath, high chair, toddler step stool and potty training seat. The children's playroom was large and well stocked, and breakfast offered lots of choices. The restaurant food was tasty too. We booked the underground parking ahead of time, and it was clean and felt safe. Highly recommended for families.

The location is great and quiet, right by the beach, and the people working there are dedicated, helpful and hard-working. Reception was well organised, the service was excellent, and the pool staff were attentive and had a good sense of humour. I loved the wet and dry saunas, and especially the hydromassage by the pool. The pool itself was great, and breakfast had plenty of choice. There were a few problems: we requested a room for three, but the sofa wasn't very comfortable for the third person. The shower leaked, there was no bottled water in the room, and once the room wasn't cleaned. Even so, we had a great stay and I'll come back. Thanks for the service.

The rooms were clean, and pets are welcome. There was a pretty good range of food in the restaurant. Parking was a problem, though: we were told the hotel lot was full, so we had to leave the car about half a kilometre away.
