Kurhaus Olymp II

There are a few good points: the room was spacious, the hotel was clean, and it’s conveniently near the bus and train stations. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially with family if you don’t speak Polish. Our room had no USB ports, and there was no air conditioning or fan. With temperatures close to 30°C, we had to leave the gallery door open. The bathroom had plenty of space, but the toilet was awkwardly positioned and the shower enclosure felt cramped. There weren’t any tea or coffee sachets in the room, and when I asked for one, they charged us 30 Polish Zyloty. The restaurant closes at 7pm. Communication was the biggest problem. Staff spoke only Polish and wouldn’t acknowledge our requests, using their lack of English as an excuse. Their gestures were rude, and the kitchen staff also refused to speak English. We had asked for an early breakfast on checkout day, which was included in our package, but they didn’t acknowledge the request, so we had to leave without it. Stay far away, especially if you don’t know Polish. There are better places.

The breakfast and buffet were tasty, with good quality dairy, meat, fruit, and vegetables. There’s also access to the spa, pool, bowling, and a kids’ playground. The location is great, especially being so close to the seaside, and the staff and service were great too. My family and I had everything we needed for a good time, so we’ll definitely come back. They have dancing every evening under the stars, at their rooftop restaurant and nightclub for seniors over 55. :)

A really nice hotel, with big rooms and a swimming pool, sauna, spa, and bowling.
