I made good use of the pool and gym every day, and the equipment was good. The rooms were huge, with a pretty view, and there’s a pool area with four Jacuzzis and two saunas. Breakfast was tasty too, especially the pancakes made fresh right in front of you. It’s what you’d expect from a four-star hotel.

The staff were friendly, which was about the only good thing I can say. This felt like a two-star hotel charging five-star prices, with standards far too low for the room rates. We booked a double bed but got two singles, apparently that’s all they have. When I complained, a man tied them together with plastic strips. The surrounding area felt more like a ghetto than a holiday spot. I can’t recommend it.
