Sanatorium Uzdrowiskowe Muszelka

I’m here now, staying from Nov. 9 to Nov. 16, 2024. The food is good, and the women working where we eat are the best. They work so hard, are always accommodating, and smile all day. They’re pure gold here. The cleaning ladies are very nice too. The treatments are very good, and the people who work there are nice. My favourite is the lady who does borowina. I don’t know her name. The problem is the lifeguards at the swimming pool. Maybe they have different names, I don’t know. I’m here with my disabled sister, who has trouble walking and uses a cane. There’s no help or accommodation for her at the pool at all. The cane is slippery when she walks in the water, so we have to be very careful. She’s had 7 surgeries. We paid extra for aqua fitness, but the man leading it was so rude to us this morning that we left. He yelled at us in front of everyone taking part in the class. It was humiliating. There were other issues I don’t even want to think about. I went to a manager, but he said he couldn’t help. I wrote to the Prezes/CEO and am waiting for a reply. I’ve never been humiliated like this in my whole life, and I’m not a young person. I paid to come here and paid extra for aqua fitness. I was so stressed about what happened that I couldn’t calm down all day. I won’t forget it and I’ll speak up about it. I’d really like to hear from the CEO of this company. Konrad is the best lifeguard at this pool. He’s great with customers, attentive, interested in his work, and does a great job. I’ve been a customer service manager for almost 30 years, so I know what I’m talking about. We’ve been to many other places in Kolobrzeg, and nobody asked us to wear a cap. The morning Aquavit lifeguard was so strict about caps that he asked people to leave the aqua fitness class if they weren’t wearing one. This was crazy. I went to two different Uzdrowisko in Kolobrzeg in the same year and neither required caps. This person needs to go. He’s ruining the enjoyment of Muszelka. Also, ladies, there must be hidden cameras in the changing rooms at the pools, because the aqua fitness instructor knew we hadn’t wet our hair and yelled at us about it. How did he know we hadn’t wet our hair? He watches the room while we women shower and get dressed. This is a violation of our rights. It shouldn’t be allowed.
