The corner sofa bed really needs replacing with something more comfortable. The rest of the apartment was a pleasant surprise: a balcony in a quiet neighborhood, a large living room and kitchen, and plenty of equipment, including coffee, tea, and spices. There's also a bathtub, washing machine, and hairdryer in the bathroom.

The building and hallway look terrible, so I was surprised when I stepped inside. The apartment was lovely, clean, and spacious, with a big bathroom, kitchen, and living room. It's a little far from town: by car it's a 3-minute walk to the center, while walking, as I did, takes 30-40 minutes. I only wish they'd put a roller blind in the bathroom, since showering there made me uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's great. I recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is in Budzistowo, about 3 km from the center of Kołobrzeg. It's very clean and nicely furnished, and there's a playground and a barbecue area by the apartment block. Budzistowo is really peaceful, with little car traffic, so I recommend it for people traveling with children.

The main issue for us was the lack of Wi-Fi. Check-in starts at 2 pm and checkout is by 11 am, and there is free, unguarded parking in the courtyard. We felt at ease overall, but the apartment needs attention: the kitchen tap is loose, the toilet seat won't stay up, and the corner bathtub is uncomfortable and has a leaking tap. The sofas were the biggest problem. The living-room sofa bed is worn and uncomfortable, while the kitchen fold-out bed has broken slats and jams badly when pulled out. Neither gave us a comfortable place to sleep, and a better setup is needed to match the otherwise high standard. We stayed two nights during our 2022 trip to Eastern Europe. The ground-floor apartment is bright, modern, and spacious, with a balcony facing a green courtyard. From the hall you can reach the living room with a sofa bed, bathroom, storage room, and kitchen with another sofa bed, with sleeping space for up to four people. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a kettle, spices, coffee, tea, and dish soap. There was also a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and more. It's a short drive to central Kołobrzeg and its lighthouse, and several supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are an easy walk away. The apartment is modern, clean, very nice, and especially good value.
