Really lovely spot, with five-star interiors and outdoor facilities ☺

Breakfast cost 35 PLN and there was no choice. We got cold scrambled eggs and cold, stale sausages. The only good things were the pastries. There was no tea, though they did give us mint to calm my nerves. The shower water was freezing, which was a disaster. The room stayed warm only until 2 a.m., and thankfully we had tracksuits on. The hallway was cold when we arrived in mid-February, even though the staff had seemed friendly and welcoming at first. We were disappointed with the place and came home dirty with sore throats. I'll never set foot there again. How are children meant to stay in conditions like that? This place has potential, but it needs to provide the basics, like hot water and a warm place to sleep. This pseudo-hotel doesn't deserve even half a star, let alone the three it deserves. Avoid it. People, get a grip! All of Poland reads reviews and relies on media reports. This kind of publicity will shut this awful place down quickly.

It took two days for the room to warm up because the radiator was off when we arrived. The breakfast room was just 11 degrees Celsius, so that was the first time I've had breakfast in my winter jacket. The hotel was dingy, dirty, cold, and a complete disaster. Maybe walruses or Eskimos would like it, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

The agent told us the hotel had closed, so our booking was canceled. It's been almost two months, and the hotel still hasn't returned our prepayment or replied to our emails.
